Graceview OSHC and Vacation Care provides caring, encouraging programs where students are known, valued and supported.

Outside School Hours Care

Graceview OSHC provides before and after school care for Graceview students from Prep to Year 7.

Before and after busy school days, students need a welcoming space where they can decompress, connect with friends and take part in activities that inspire creativity and joy.

Students have opportunities to enjoy time with friends, take part in creative and recreational activities and transition calmly into or out of their school day.

OSHC Hours

Before School Care: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 8:00am
After School Care: Monday to Friday, 3:15pm to 5:30pm

Vacation Care

We offer an exciting Vacation Care program for Prep to Year 7 open to students of Graceview and other local schools.

With a variety of planned activities, incursions and excursions, Vacation Care gives students opportunities to have fun, build friendships, explore new interests and enjoy a safe, engaging holiday experience.

Places can fill quickly, so families are encouraged to book early.

How to Enrol in OSHC & Vacation Care

To enrol your child at Graceview OSHC, we have made the process simple and convenient. Here is what you will need and how to get started.

Before enrolment, please gather the following information:

  • Centrelink Customer Reference Numbers (CRNs): If you want to claim Child Care Subsidy (CCS), please have your Centrelink CRNs ready for you and your child. It is important to note that the person completing the enrolment must be the same person linked to the child for CCS.
  • Bank account details or card: We need your bank account details or card information for direct debit purposes. Rest assured, enrolment itself is free, and you will only be charged when you book a session.
  • Emergency contacts: Please provide one or more emergency contacts in addition to the guardian(s) listed.
  • Doctor's contact information: Have your doctor's contact information on hand, along with any management plan for relevant medical conditions and your child's immunisation record.

Enrol

To enrol, follow these steps:

  • Click on the "Enrol in OSHC" button below to register as a new Kidsoft user.
  • Check your email for a validation message and follow the instructions to confirm your registered email address.
  • Create a secure password for your account.
  • Select our service from the options available in the "Find a Place" section.
  • Fill out the "Waitlist" form, providing the details of each child separately.
  • Complete the enrolment form, and our team will be in touch with you.

Tips:

  • Your registered email address will serve as your username and the primary point of contact.
  • For easy management of your bookings, we recommend downloading the Kidsoft app on your mobile device.

Bookings

Once you have completed the enrolment process, you can easily make bookings through the Parent Portal. Whether you need after school care, or vacation care during school holidays, simply log in to your Parent Portal account, select the desired session, and book it with just a few clicks.
